You can trace the history of coffee back ancient Ethiopian plateau, and some herders notice that when their goats eat specific beans from a particular forest they act more energetic. When these herders mentioned this situation to their elders, elders created a drink from these beans, and they noticed that they stayed more focused for longer hours and may pray even at night. We don't need to go to Ethiopia to drink coffee, perhaps, you may see one of my favorite coffee places on the corner. Let me introduce you to some of these places!

Bagels & Beans

If you are looking for a basic breakfast and good coffee Bagels&Beans is a good address. Because of the soft taste, their latte is my number 1 favorite. When I want to award myself, this company is my first choice. Another reason and of course except for their bagels, I am finding the same taste in every order. They are open every day between 9 am — 5 pm.

Coffee Company

I have a tradition about Coffe Company, when I plan a long walk in Amsterdam, this place is my first stop. They are charging me with their coffees to walk all around Amsterdam. They have a smooth taste but if I want to make breakfast I prefer Bagel&Beans. They are open between 7 am — 7 pm.

Stach

Last but not least, ultimate saver Stach. The other 2 company closes their services too early for me that's why Stach has a special place in my heart. During my latte crises after 7 pm, I am always on the road to Stach. In my opinion, their lattes are a little more bitter than others but they are open until 10 pm. Because of that reason, Stach should be on this list.
